Andressa Urach

Andressa started her romance with Tiago at the age of 15; they were both in high school. Within three months, they were married. Arthur Urach Costa (born May 19, 2005) was their only child. Due to marital discord they divorced in 2008 following more than six years as a couple. Andressa Urach was moved in with her mother to live with her one child. Then, after six-month separation she resigned and decided to transfer her son back to his father, in hopes of pursuing an opportunity in Sao Paulo. Being vain as well as a highly confident woman, the primary reason she left her homeland in the South in order to move to Sao Paulo, was in the hope of achieving fame and fortune. Andressa Urach describes in her book Morri Para Viver how she experienced sexual abuse as a child. The author was the victim from age 2 to eight of being abused by her grandfather who was adopted by her. Andressa could only free herself from the trauma because her foster mother caught Andressa on camera. Andressa moved back to live with his mother and didn't learn anything about the incident until Andressa made public her memoir. In interviews that she achieved what, for her, was unattainable prior to her spiritual awakening: forgiveness of her victim. This was among my most difficult choices I've had to make. I reached out to the person that sexually assaulted me. The decision wasn't easy. I said on the phone, after much prayers and fasting to forgive him. Even though I am completely innocent of any crime, I pleaded for forgiveness. My only action was request forgiveness. Mariste Urach recounts her experience in an exclusive interview with Globo when she realized that a sexy attack had been perpetrated against her daughter. Urach went to the city in Rio Grande do Sul where the perpetrator lived in order to take justice.
