Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who was a part of The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables was graduated with honors from The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, Missouri. She holds a BA diploma in Theatre and Communication. When she moved from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theatre arts, acting as well as choreographing over a dozen musical and stage productions such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and seven title roles with LA's award winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly began landing TV and film roles as she enrolled in improvisation classes and was a Theatre West company member. Kelly's distinct voice and diminutive size have enabled her to perform a wide range of characters. She's best known as Naomi Watts' evil Samara from The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly played a paralegal at-day/party hopper in the evening as a series regular on the TV Land comedy The Exes. Alyssa Mio's sassy sexpert, her little sister, was Kelly's frequent character in ABC Romantically Challenged. No Tomorrow on the CW featured her as the stressed-out suburban mother. She has lent her soprano singing voice to a variety of cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Most recently she can be in the role of the slow but charming Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She is married with two kids, and has a peaceful home. She loves to write or sew as well as volunteer in the school.
