Alinity Divine

Alinity was a plaintiff in a suit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo from California filed a civil lawsuit seeking $25,000,000 in damages from Twitch. The complaint claimed that Twitch provided users with "overly provocative sexual content" by streamers with females while playing on the site. Dexerto obtained court papers showing that the person who was previously suing Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard as well as Blizzard has filed a formal complaint on June 15. Twitch received an official summons from the court on 19th of June. According to the complaint, that was filed with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from numerous medical problems that necessitate his reliance on the internet for all his entertainment. He also suffers from as being afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OC addiction, which according to the complaint Twitch is only making worse. In the case of the complaint "the female streamers continue to expose Twitch users who just want to watch people play video games but are instead confronted with sexually addicting material and contents on a constant every day every day." Alinity isn't included. The complaint calls for each of these streamers to be removed permanently from Twitch for violating the terms of service. Additionally, it wants to pay an amount of $25 million as compensation that will "be divided evenly among the complainant, all other Twitch Turbo Subscribers as well as any other funds."
